Local transport covers most of the island especially during the summer months. The local bus operates routes that connect Ermoupolis with Galissa, Foinika, Poseidonia, Mega Gialos, Vari, Azolimnos, Kini, Ano Mana, Chroussa, Parakopi and Vissa, while municipal buses are available free of charge.
